Empowering Health workers through HBCC E-Learning Platforms

Through Unilever’s Hygiene Behavior Change Coalition (HBCC) funding, PS Kenya supported Kenya’s COVID-19 response by strengthening the capacity of health workers with innovative digital tools. In collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MoH) and PSI, PS Kenya developed e-learning content delivered via WhatsApp-based platforms—ensuring that frontline providers could access training anytime, anywhere.

Where we work

National reach through digital platforms, enabling providers across all counties to access training content remotely.

Driving Digital Health Transformation
By delivering flexible, high-quality training through everyday platforms like WhatsApp, PS Kenya has made professional development accessible to thousands of healthcare workers. This approach not only strengthens hygiene and outbreak preparedness but also builds long-term capacity within Kenya’s health system, empowering providers to deliver trusted, effective care in their communities.
