Mr. Misoi brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in finance, spanning leadership roles across multiple sectors. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Strategy and Innovation at Daystar University, further strengthening his academic and strategic expertise. He also holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi, enhancing his grounding in advanced management and leadership practices. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), he embodies professionalism, technical proficiency, and a commitment to excellence.

In his previous role as Finance and Grants Manager at the African Academy of Sciences, Mr. Misoi successfully oversaw financial operations and grant management across the continent. He also served as the Coordinator of the Global Grant Community, leveraging technology to digitize, standardize, and de-risk due diligence processes for both funders and grantees.

Before this, he was the Finance Manager at the Centre for Health Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in implementing financial strategies that supported organizational growth and impact. His earlier career includes key positions at EY, Toyota East Africa, and CFC Bank, where he gained valuable experience in auditing, corporate finance, and operational financial management.
