Dr. Charlotte Pahe has been appointed to the position of Programs Director, she previously held the position of Project Lead – Integrated portfolio. Dr.Charlotte Pahe is a Public Health specialist with over 13 years’ experience and is no stranger to PS Kenya having worked with our then HIV/ TB department as the HIV Private Sector Advisor for 8 months. Dr. Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to this position having previously served as the Senior Technical Advisor with the University of Baltimore PACT Timiza project and has been serving as the Pediatric and Adolescent Senior Technical Advisor for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric Aids Foundation(EGPAF) Kenya where she supported the Kenya National HIV program, NASCOP. Dr. Charlotte is passionate about strengthening national and county health systems towards the delivery of quality health care services through capacity building and technical support.
Charlotte is a holder of a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Public Health degree from Moi University
