Stella Gituku is the Head of Social Enterprises at PS Kenya, where she leads social enterprise initiatives and oversees the strategy, design, and execution of product and service models. She is a seasoned business leader with more than 22 years of experience spanning hospitality, aviation, financial services, mid-tier start-ups, and entrepreneurial ventures.

Stella has worked with multidisciplinary teams across Africa, Europe, and Asia, consistently applying strong business practices that enhance efficiency, lower operating costs, strengthen financial performance, and elevate organizational results within agreed timelines and budgets.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and has completed several advanced management programs, including the Owner-Manager Program at Strathmore Business School. She is currently pursuing an MBA at USIU Africa, further strengthening her leadership and strategic management expertise.
