Purity Wang’ondu-Midwa is the People and Culture Director at PS Kenya, bringing over 27 years of progressive experience in Human Resources across diverse sectors including manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, humanitarian, and international development.

She began her HR career at Unga Limited before moving to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). Over the years, she has held several senior leadership roles, including Employee Relations Manager at TOTAL Kenya, Talent & Organizational Development Manager at BAT Sub-Saharan Africa, Recruitment Manager at Aga Khan Hospital, Head of Reward at Kenya Airways, Head of Human Resources at IPS East Africa, and most recently Senior HR Manager at the PSI Regional Hub in Nairobi.

Purity holds a Bachelor of Education degree in French and Business Studies from Kenyatta University and a KNEC Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. She brings deep expertise in people strategy, organizational development, and workforce leadership, alongside a strong commitment to fostering supportive and high-performing workplace cultures.
