Through the Tunza Network, PS Kenya leverages social franchising to ensure that young people can access quality-assured sexual and reproductive health (SRH) services. Funded by Tiko, the program strengthens private health facilities with a robust Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) model, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of safety, dignity, and youth-centered care.
Young people often face stigma, cost barriers, and a lack of youth-responsive services when seeking SRH care. These challenges fuel unintended pregnancies, STIs, and poor health outcomes.
Through Tiko and the Tunza Network, PS Kenya is bridging these gaps, bringing together digital tools, behavioral science, and trusted community facilities. The result is a scalable, sustainable model that ensures every young person can access the health services they need with dignity and choice
